Minimum 15 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in Service Now, including significant hands-on experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules (HAM, SAM, or Saa S).
Required Skills Deep expertise in Service Now ITAM modules, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Asset Lifecycle Management.
Strong experience with CMDB design, asset data normalization, reconciliation, and discovery tools.
Hands-on experience with Service Now integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC) to support asset data ingestion from external systems (e. g., procurement, SCCM, cloud platforms).
Proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and Service Now development frameworks.
Experience with software license management, compliance tracking, and audit support.
