Junior Sales Manager EU (m/f/d) in Reinbek

To strengthen our European Sales Team, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Manager EU who is eager to develop a career in international technical sales.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and develop existing customer relationships across Europe.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Prepare and follow up technical and commercial quotations.
• Assist in developing sales strategies and market expansion plans.
• Promote BARTEC BENKE's portfolio of online analyzers and integrated analytical solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, and service teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions both onsite and remotely.
• Participate in international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Maintain sales activities, forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Instrumentation, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in sales, engineering, project management, or a technical environment is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interest in selling technical products as well as complex customer-specific solutions.
• High level of engagement, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe and occasionally beyond.
