Your area of responsibility as an IT Support:
- You take care of 1st and 2nd level support, both on site and remotely, and solve technical challenges quickly and reliably.
- For more complex technical problems, you will find the right solution.
- The installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user hardware, such as thin clients and notebooks, are among your core tasks.
- You will be responsible for the administration, installation, configuration and support of client and server systems.
- You will work with other teams to develop solutions and document them in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- You will receive, qualify, process and document support requests (by telephone, e-mail or help desk).
- You will provide reliable support for IT projects and contribute your expertise in a profitable way.
Your profile:
- Completed training or studies in the IT sector.
- Several years of professional experience in IT support (1st/2nd level), as an IT administrator or in IT application support.
- Knowledge in:
- Administration of Windows Server 2019/2022, Office 2019/2021/365
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, terminal server (Citrix)
- Ticket systems (help desk)
- Remote support (TeamViewer, RDP, VNC)
- The ability to communicate IT topics to users in an understandable and solution-oriented manner.
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- Good written and spoken English skills (an advantage).
