Responsibilities

Plan, create, and optimize performance campaigns for lead generation across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms. Develop strategy, target audiences, ad copy and creatives. Produce and run video ads from concept to final edit. Build and refine funnels and landing pages, and write compelling copy. Control multi-six-figure budgets, monitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and adjust campaigns accordingly. Set up clean tracking, generate reports, and act on insights. Observe market trends, forecast changes and translate them into campaign tactics. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and senior management to align briefings and processes. Own project lifecycles from inception to delivery, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded. Support organic and brand initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence.

Qualifications

Completed education or studies in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification. Minimum three years of experience in social and performance marketing, including Meta and Google Ads, preferably TikTok. Proven track record managing budgets exceeding 200,000 EUR Ad Spend. Strong copywriting skills, whether through training or hands‑on practice, with a talent for writing texts that attract and convert. Experience creating visual creatives (Canva, Adobe) and video scripts for ads, landing pages, and social media. Practical knowledge building and optimizing funnels and landing pages. Robust analytical abilities to define and evaluate KPIs, conduct market and competition analysis, and derive actionable improvements. Self‑organized, solution‑oriented, and structured work style, proactively tackling challenges and reliably following processes. A mindset oriented toward continuous learning and ambition to excel in performance marketing.
