We are looking for an experienced
Operations Manager – Senior SCCM & Microsoft AD Administrator
to manage and support enterprise endpoint and identity administration services in production‑critical OT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Active Directory administration, patch management, operational governance, and infrastructure support within industrial or plant operations environments. Key Responsibilities
SCCM / Endpoint Management Operations
Provide L3 support for Microsoft SCCM / MECM infrastructure and endpoint management operations Manage software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, application distribution, and compliance baselines Monitor SCCM infrastructure including distribution points, management points, WSUS/SUP integration, and endpoint health Troubleshoot advanced SCCM issues related to deployments, client communication, update synchronization, and reporting inconsistencies Support monthly patching operations, deployment validation, compliance tracking, and remediation activities Active Directory Administration
Provide L3 administration and support for Microsoft Active Directory environments Manage user/group administration, OU governance, Group Policies, permissions, and delegation reviews Troubleshoot authentication failures, account lockouts, GPO conflicts, replication issues, and AD‑integrated service issues Maintain AD hygiene and align directory services with security standards Incident, Change & Operations Management
Handle escalated incidents affecting endpoint management and directory services Act as escalation point for P1/P2 incidents and production‑impacting issues Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for recurring operational issues Execute controlled changes with impact analysis, testing, rollback planning, and post‑validation Coordinate with EUC, server, security, network, and application teams for operational activities Governance & Compliance
Maintain SOPs, KB articles, deployment standards, and operational documentation Prepare operational dashboards and reports for deployment compliance, patch success trends, and operational risks Support audit and compliance activities with operational evidence and reporting Drive standardization and process improvements across endpoint and identity management operations Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure operations and support Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft SCCM / MECM Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Administration Good understanding of:
Group Policy (GPO) WSUS / SUP Software packaging and deployment lifecycle Endpoint patching operations Client troubleshooting AD permissions and governance
Experience supporting enterprise endpoint and identity operations Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident management skills Understanding of OT infrastructure and production‑sensitive environments Ability to manage operational escalations in high‑pressure environments Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Note:
German and English communication proficiency mandatory. Preferred Skills
Experience with Intune and co‑management environments PowerShell scripting knowledge Exposure to Azure AD / Entra ID concepts Experience with operational reporting and dashboards Familiarity with industrial or plant operations infrastructure What We Offer
