In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and quality control of MFT devices, ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with our high quality standards. /p h3What You Will Do /h3pAssemble electronic and mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings /ppManufacture wire-wound components, including winding, coating, and molding processes /ppPerform in-process and final tests and quality inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications /ppTroubleshoot and rework failing assemblies, identifying and resolving root causes /ppDocument production data, test results, and non-conformances accurately in production records /ppOperate, monitor, and maintain production and test equipment used in MFT manufacturing (winding machines, test fixtures and setups) /ppIdentify and propose opportunities for optimizing reliability and efficiency of our production processes /p h3What We Look For /h3pCompleted technical or craft vocational training /ppStrong skills in electronics assembly and soldering techniques /ppGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small components, also under the microscope /ppHands-on experience with hand tools and with test measurement instrumentation (multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a plus /ppAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions and follow them precisely /ppPatience, sustained concentration, and attention to detail to consistently deliver high-quality and reproducible work /ppFluent in English (ability to participate in internal meetings and understand work instructions); German is a plus /ppTeam player with clear communication skills /p h3We Offer /h3pWe offer a position contributing directly to the fascinating area of experimental physics research.
