About This Job
This position plays a critical role in our organization’s digital transformation. As a technical lead, you will oversee the development and delivery of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of software solutions, including organizing and overseeing multiple development squads to ensure timely delivery and successful deployments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of agile software development, platform and module design, and project management principles to inform technical decision-making.
- Collaborate strategically and tactically across teams to develop a unified operations platform solution that integrates EHS, maintenance, and operations domains in a scalable environment.
- Mapped processes from multiple regions to produce a consolidated design proposal, including wireframes, mockups, and detailed workflows.
- Supported implementation and ongoing use of solutions by partnering with solution engineers and DevOps engineers.
- Developed formal communication and delivered presentations on module strategy, outlook, and status to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in business process modeling and software design, including platform architecture design, resource planning, and estimation.
- Full-stack development expertise and experience in project management and coordination.
- High comfort level with software and smart technologies.
- Experience developing and delivering leadership-level communications.

Salary Range
