WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our HR4You Operations & Solutions Team, we are looking for a passionate colleague.

• As the Expert Knowledge Management, you serve as the Product Owner for HR4You Knowledge Management, driving strategic development and managing demand and incident processes.
• You ensure effective implementation and maintenance by drafting product requirements, creating user stories, testing, managing changes, and communicating with end users.
• Your role includes defining and safeguarding data quality, compliance, authorization, documentation, training, and support concepts.
• You actively communicate functional developments and serve as the contact person for implementation questions, including assessing and refining specific requirements within the Knowledge Management framework.
• Contributing your expertise to global projects and consulting on procedural questions ensures the adoption of best practices in HR4You Knowledge Management.
• You collaborate with the global Knowledge Management community and build strong relationships with HR Services teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, while also engaging with HR4You Product Owners on cross-platform initiatives.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Successfully completed vocational training or university studies, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar relevant fields.
• Multiple years of professional experience with proven project management methods and experience in operating and developing HR systems, in combination with Service Now.
• Strong conceptual thinking, capable to manage highly complex procedures and the ability to present complex issues to heterogeneous target groups.
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills in dealing with different hierarchical levels.
• Entrepreneurial behaviour with a high degree of ownership and service mindset.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 62.000 €- 84.600 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company’s success as well as individual performance.
