Junior Specialist Master Data EMEA (m/f/d) – Hybrid Option GER

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Master Data teams, we maintain the customer and supplier master data of BASF Group companies in EMEA and develop workflow solutions that support cooperation with our contact persons in purchasing, sales, and finance. We are responsible for checking all the bank details maintained in BASF’s business partner, adhering to our internal Fraud Prevention requirements.

• Responsible for the validation and maintenance of business partner’s bank data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Validate the correctness and completeness of maintained bank details while processing requests in a Workflow.
• Provide reports and lists and support optimization projects.
• Work closely with our in-house fraud prevention community to improve processes and increase security.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Commercial vocational training or studies and ideally first professional experience in the field of master data.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or business administration in relation to legal forms and management.
• Safe handling of MS Office and first experiences with SAP S/4HANA.
• Fluent communication skills in English; further language skills (Italian, Hungarian, French) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical sense and an eye for details.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary (full-time): 33,000 – 37,000 €, depending on qualifications and work experience; 38,000 – 44,000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
• Bonus dependent on the company’s success and individual performance.
