Postdoc Inorganic thin films (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our research area Process Research and Chemical Engineering we are looking for a new postdoc for a period of 2 years.

• You will develop innovative inorganic particle coatings and the associated coating processes for the next generation of products.
• In addition, you will work in an experienced laboratory and project team in close coordination with production and product marketing. You will also have access to the latest analytical methods.
• You will be responsible for the documentation and presentation of scientific results.
• Last but not least, you will support the transfer of laboratory results to production.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Successfully completed studies in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or Materials Science with a doctorate.
• Several years of experience in thin film deposition and surface analysis.
• Practical knowledge in carrying out wet chemical deposition experiments such as sol-gel deposition.
• Effective communication with different scientific disciplines and partners in German and/or English.
• Ability to enjoy understanding complex problems and taking initiative to develop new and creative approaches to solve them.
• Strong team spirit to achieve the best results together.
