The Opportunity

We’re looking for a part-time Growth Designer to help us accelerate the adoption and monetization of our enterprise SaaS platform. You’ll bring a thoughtful design mindset to key touchpoints across the product experience—from conversion flows and landing pages to onboarding and feature discovery.

This is more than a visual design role. You’ll work hands-on with product, marketing, and engineering to craft experiences that move the needle , using data, empathy, and experimentation to deepen engagement and demonstrate Basking’s value to new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design for growth : Build and iterate on flows that improve acquisition, activation, and conversion—from in-product experiences to our website.
• Collaborate across disciplines : Partner with engineers, data analysts, and marketers to ship impactful design solutions quickly.
• Lead design experiments : Use A/B tests, user research, and rapid prototyping to validate hypotheses and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Own the narrative : Translate complex concepts into clear, user-centered journeys that showcase our value proposition to enterprise users.
• Evolve our design system : Contribute to and refine our design patterns to ensure scalability, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Mentor and inspire : Share your craft with others, provide thoughtful feedback, and help elevate design thinking across the team.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing high-impact work in enterprise SaaS or B2B platforms.
• A deep understanding of user behavior , conversion psychology, and product-led growth strategy.
• Proven track record designing for web-first, mobile-friendly SaaS experiences with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong prototyping skills —you can bring ideas to life quickly in Figma, Framer, or similar tools.
• Comfort with data-informed design , experimentation frameworks, and collaborating with marketing and analytics teams.
• Experience leading or contributing to a design system in a scaling product organization.
• Passion for mentoring others and raising the design quality bar through feedback, storytelling, and collaboration.
• A mindset aligned with experimentation, simplicity, and user impact .
• Bonus: experience with multi-stakeholder workflows , e.g., designing for both operators and decision-makers in complex organizations.
