Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Senior Naval Architect to guide the design of recreational watercraft and ensure performance goals and safety standards are met across aluminum and fiberglass hulls.
You will work with design, engineering, and compliance teams to perform hydrostatics, stability analyses, and simulation-driven optimization (FEA/CFD/FSI), supporting dealers and customers while ensuring compliance with ISO, DNV, GL, ABS, ABYC and USCG guidelines.
