Position Overview
British American Tobacco Germany – Operations Finance Analyst (m/f/d). Location: Bayreuth, Germany. Start: October 1st. Full‑time, fixed‑term 24 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost, cash flow and profit planning.
- Variance analysis (plan vs. actual).
- Reporting: monthly and annual financial statements.
- Responsibility for and support regarding the applicable control environment.
- Responsibility for the annual inventory of fixed and current assets, including asset accounting.
- Support in cost optimisation, projects, and transactional finance.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Business Administration, Controlling, or Finance.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company.
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation, resilience under pressure, and sense of responsibility.
- High willingness to work in a team.
- Proficiency in PC usage and common software applications such as MS Office and SAP.
- Enjoyment of challenging tasks in a dedicated team within a dynamic working environment.
- Advanced English language skills.
