You will shape how Bathco attracts, develops and retains talent, while ensuring that our HR processes remain effective, pragmatic and reliable. /ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliTake ownership of the Group HR function and further develop Bathco’s HR strategy, structures and processes. /liliTranslate the Group’s business and growth strategy into clear people, organisation and workforce priorities. /liliAct as a trusted adviser to the CEO, management team and business leaders on organisational, leadership and employee matters. /liliSupport the continued development of Bathco’s entrepreneurial, accountable and performance‑oriented culture. /li /ulpbInternational Recruitment and Talent Acquisition /b /pulliLead recruitment processes across Bathco’s international operations, with a particular focus on commercial, technical, specialist and leadership roles. /liliWork closely with managers to define role profiles, identify suitable candidates and manage efficient, high-quality selection processes. /liliDevelop and maintain relevant candidate networks, recruitment channels and external partnerships. /liliEnsure that new employees experience a professional and effective onboarding process. /li /ulpbOrganisational and Leadership Development /b /pulliSupport the design and continuous improvement of organisational structures, roles, reporting lines and responsibilities. /liliDevelop pragmatic approaches to performance management, talent development and succession planning. /liliAdvise managers on team effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement and performance issues. /liliIdentify organisational gaps and propose practical solutions that support sustainable growth. /li /ulpbHR Operations and Governance /b /pulliEnsure effective HR operations across the Group, including employment documentation, employee data, policies and core HR processes. /liliAct as the central point of contact for HR matters across Bathco’s international entities. /liliCoordinate with local management, payroll providers, legal advisers and other external specialists where required. /liliEnsure appropriate HR standards while taking account of local legal and operational requirements. /li /ulpbCompensation, Retention and Group Projects /b /pulliSupport management in relation to compensation, bonus, retention and selected employee participation matters. /liliContribute to workforce planning, annual salary reviews and the continued development of competitive employment conditions. /liliSupport acquisitions, new office setups, integrations and other strategic Group initiatives from an HR perspective. /liliLead selected organisational and people‑related projects across the Group. /li /ulh3Your Profile: /h3ulliApproximately 7 to 10 years of broad HR experience, ideally gained in an international, entrepreneurial or mid‑sized business environment. /liliStrong generalist expertise across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, HR operations and adequate Swiss labour law experience. /liliProven experience managing recruitment processes independently, including specialist and senior appointments. /liliExperience advising senior managers and handling sensitive personnel matters with discretion and sound judgement. /liliCommercial mindset and the ability to understand the priorities of different business units. /liliStrong ownership mentality and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach. /liliComfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can change and important matters sometimes require flexibility. /liliAble to create effective structures without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. /liliHigh level of integrity, empathy and resilience. /liliExcellent written and spoken English, ideally also German.
