Join our team at the headquarters in Schrobenhausen or at the location of one of our BAUER subsidiaries (e.g. Germany, Abu Dhabi, etc.) as Legal Counsel/Senior Contract Management (m/f/x).
Your Tasks
You will be responsible for the legal support of public and private tenders, primarily on the contractor side, with a focus on specialised foundation engineering:

• Preparation of international civil construction contracts and plant construction contracts
• Drafting contracts with subcontractors
• Preparation of consortium contracts / joint venture agreements
• Preparation and negotiation of project-based partnering and alliance agreements between client and contractor
• Monitoring and processing of contract variations, drafting of legal/contractual correspondence and claim preparation

Your Profile

• Completed common law studies (with above-average results) or an internationally comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
• Proven practical experience in complex national and international projects
• Ability to find legal solutions that are sound, resilient and pragmatic at the same time
• Sound judgement and a skillful manner as well as the ability to present complex issues concisely and clearly and to present alternative courses of action
• Fluent in written and spoken English, proven in practice. Proficiency in German would be nice
• Willingness to travel
