Since we are currently expanding our organisation to further support our growth in this market, we are looking for a Proposals Manager (m/f/x).

Your Tasks

1. Managing bidding, acquisition, and tendering processes
2. Coordinating the creation of the Risk-Chance-Analysis for potential projects and ensuring proper hand-over to project management
3. Coordinating the creation of achievable project schedules / cycle times according to clients’ specifications & deadlines
4. Monitoring and updating the calculation basics, e.g., equipment and personnel costs, performance scenarios and calculation software ensuring keeping track of all costs

Your Profile

1. University Degree (Business Management, Civil Engineering or other)
2. Relevant and proven experience in the field(s) of Civil Engineering, Tender Management, Quantity Surveying
3. Experience in geotechnical report review & analysis, ideally for application of drilling activities
4. Fluent in English – Written & Verbal (Mother tongue or equivalent)
5. Knowledge of calculation basics and systems
6. Organised and able to plan, prioritise, track and meet tight deadlines
7. Resilient and able to work under pressure
