Key Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR matters including employment law, compensation, and development.
• Implement people strategies that drive organizational performance.
• Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Centers of Expertise on talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and HR policies.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international, matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• Analytical, process-driven, and proactive working style.
• Experience with HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
• Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
