Procurement Business Partner (m/f/x)

About the Role:
Bauer Media Group is looking for a Procurement Business Partner to strengthen procurement maturity and support sourcing projects across business-led categories such as production, content, marketing, and advertising.

This role combines sourcing expertise with capability building. You will guide business units through tailored engagement models—Advisory, Expert Support, Orchestration, and Delegation—and help deliver the “Procurement Driver\’s License,” our internal training program.

About the Team:
Group Procurement supports all Bauer Media Group business units with procurement policies, sourcing support, and project expertise. The team operates across Germany, the UK, and Poland.
