TasksLeading, Motivating and developing the Product Design & Engineering Global TeamEnable the development of products that meet customer needs and anticipate future market trends and global account technology roadmaps.Strengthen global organization through technical training and process global standardizationEnsuring that processes between the teams run efficiently (interfaces to process engineering, sales, production, project teams, etc.)Implementing the global product design strategy while considering quality and economic aspectsEvaluate new process technologies and proposals for technical solutionsDeveloping and defining products and components according to customer specifications and industry-specific standardsLeading projects and ensuring that costs, deadlines and quality are metCoordinate with the Sales and Production departments to further develop products and processesResponsible for the development of automation solutions and equipment for spring productionCreating concepts and Design draftsCreating and maintaining product data and material master dataDefining, creating and maintaining product documentation (FMEA, risk analysis, spare parts concept, operating instructions)Supporting prototypes until they are ready for productionPlanning, co-ordinating and implementing changesTaking on tasks in CAD system administration as a possible, extended field of activityRequirementsBSc degree in engineering or relevant technical fieldExperience in mechanical engineering and project management (Development and Design)Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop teamsGood knowledge of MS-Office and CAD, experience with SolidWorks is a plusExperience in working with an ERP system, experience with SAP is a plusAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear manner in German and EnglishWe offerHigh degree of independency in your workDiverse and varied tasksModern infrastructure and environmentInternational working experienceAn exciting, varied task that is geared towards continuity and qualityThe opportunity to develop professionally in a healthy and future-oriented company #J-18808-Ljbffr
