We are looking for an experienced Director / Senior Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity transformation, consulting and programme delivery to join the team in Zürich. /p pCandidates currently based in Switzerland or elsewhere in the EU/EEA are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Zürich. /p pThe role combines senior client advisory, hands-on delivery leadership and commercial development across complex international organisations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead complex cybersecurity and technology transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders. /li liLead project teams and manage complex client, internal and third-party stakeholders. /li liDrive workshops, transformation roadmaps, operating models and implementation strategies. /li liOversee cybersecurity aspects of major technology and ERP transformation programmes. /li liMaintain and develop long-term senior client relationships. /li liSupport business development and account growth within the Swiss market. /li liContribute to the continued development of the Cyber Risk practice. /li liRemain sufficiently close to delivery to provide credible technical and strategic leadership. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul li10+ years' experience in cybersecurity, technology or digital transformation. /li liConsulting experience is strongly preferred; equivalent experience within a large international organisation can also be relevant. /li liStrong background in cybersecurity transformation, rather than purely operational security, governance or CISO responsibilities. /li liExperience in pharma, life sciences, medtech, manufacturing, industrials or another highly regulated/technically complex industry. /li liStrong project/programme management and stakeholder management skills. /li liComfortable working with senior executives and technical specialists. /li liStrong commercial awareness and previous business development / client acquisition experience. /li liTechnical understanding sufficient to engage credibly with cybersecurity and technology teams. /li liExcellent English; German or French would be advantageous. /li liBased in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Zürich. /li liWilling to work in a hybrid model with regular client-site presence. /li liA confident, mature and collaborative personality with the ability to build lasting client relationships. /li /ul h3Why This Role? /h3 ul liSenior leadership position within a growing Cyber Risk practice. /li liExposure to complex, international transformation programmes and major clients. /li liCombination of strategy, delivery, technology and commercial responsibility. /li liOpportunity to shape and expand the cybersecurity offering in the Swiss market. /li liInternational working environment with strong opportunities for professional development. /li liZürich-based hybrid working model with meaningful client exposure. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
