This is an opportunity for a strong supply chain leader who can continue building a high-performing, globally integrated, and business-oriented end-to-end supply chain. As our new VP for Global Supply Chain, you will play a key leadership role in continuing the transformation of Global Supply Chain from a more transactional and fragmented setup into an end-to-end, digitally enabled, performance-driven and globally integrated function. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliLead the Global Supply Chain organization and ensure reliable, cost-efficient, and sustainable supply to customers and patients globally. /liliDrive end-to-end supply chain performance across service, cost, cash, sustainability, risk, and quality compliance. /liliContinue the implementation and stabilization of the Global Supply Chain target operating model, ensuring clear roles, governance, interfaces, and decision rights. /liliPartner closely with Global Operations, Commercial, Public Preparedness, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, IT, and site leadership to balance supply, demand, capacity, and business priorities. /liliBuild organizational capability across people, processes, systems, and data, including ERP evolution, performance management, and digital transformation. /liliLead, coach, and develop a strong global leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality mindset, and customer focus. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3pTo become a success in this role, it is crucial that you bring solid business acumen, energy, and ambition to our dynamic growing business. Therefore, we are looking for a supply chain executive who thrives in translating business ambition into operational results. You excel at leading through others, creating alignment across a global organization, and ensuring that supply chain capabilities evolve in step with business needs. Rather than building strategy from scratch, you know how to accelerate and strengthen existing direction, driving performance, resilience, and continuous improvement at scale. Besides this, you bring Extensive experience leading end-to-end supply chain organizations in a global and highly regulated environment A strong record of accomplishment of building high-performing leadership teams and developing organizational capability Deep understanding of integrated business planning, supply chain operations, logistics, and network performance Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive execution across multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholders Experience leading operational transformations, process optimization, and digital enablement initiatives A collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented leadership approach with the ability to inspire trust and drive accountability /ph3Why this role /h3pThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead a global supply chain organization in a company with a strong purpose and an ambitious growth agenda.
