YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the end-to-end process for divestitures and manage each transaction stage on each deal Build the framework, tools and templates for the divestiture process and lead value delivery by establishing key partnerships across functional areas in all regions, including supply chain, regulatory, commercial, clinical and medical affairs, finance, pharmacovigilance and others Provide guidance and updates to business development, leadership and other senior management functions on transaction progress Coordinate the divestiture process and develop the materials for each assigned divestment activity Serve as a subject matter expert (m/f/d) and point of contact (m/f/d) within Business Development & Licensing for functional areas on all assigned global and regional divestiture deals Support and lead deal negotiations, due diligence as well as separation planning and execution Identify and communicate priorities, progress and risks associated with each divestiture Develop value creation and risk mitigation for each project, conduct lessons learned and identify best practices WHO YOU ARE Master's degree in business, science or a related area with long-term transaction experience within business development and leadership in the pharmaceutical industry Proven working experience in divestitures Profound experience in strategy development and project management Ability to manage complexity within a matrix organization Ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence and trust from internal and external partners at all levels Willingness to travel up to 50% if required Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken #LI-DE3 YOUR APPLICATION This is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
