Your role will involve leading transaction processes, including coordinating with internal departments and external consultants to execute deals efficiently.* Academic degree in the field of economics or natural sciences with finance-related aspects* 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of corporate transactions at a project developer, an investment bank, an auditing firm or management consulting firm* Market knowledge in the energy industry is desirable* Business fluent in English, ideally deepened by stays abroad, and optionally German language skills* Experience in project management and company valuations* Experience in contract negotiations #J-18808-Ljbffr
