Global.About The RoleThis role is part of the Global HR System team driving the HR transformation at BayWa r.e. As the subject matter expert on Workday modules for Compensation and Security, you will contribute to developing HRIS best practices and SOPs. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining system settings, planning and executing Workday module implementations, and partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to align functionalities with organizational goals.What You Will DoAct as the subject matter expert on Workday modules for Compensation, Security, and Reporting, contributing to HRIS best practices and SOPs.Configure and maintain system settings, business processes, and workflows to meet organizational needs.Plan, manage, and execute Workday module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify system requirements and align Workday functionalities with organizational goals.Provide tier-2 support for Workday-related issues and manage escalations.Collaborate with other Workday experts, IT, and security teams to manage role-based access, permissions, and maintain technical users for integrations.What You’ll Need To SucceedBachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) as an HRIS Specialist or Workday Consultant focusing on Compensation, Security, and Reporting.Proficient knowledge of HRIS Workday, including configuration, documentation, and release management.Strong understanding of HR processes, including organizational management.Experience with global and local design to adapt to business requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and clear communication of complex information.What’s in it for you?Be part of a motivated, multicultural team driving the energy revolution.Work in an innovative, fast-changing environment.Enjoy mobile working, flexible hours, modern office atmosphere, company restaurant/barista bar, and discounts on fitness and online shopping.About BayWa R.e.BayWa r.e. is committed to energy innovation and the global renewable energy transition.
