In this key role, you will manage and coordinate all marketing activities to sustainably position our brand, increase awareness of it, and make a significant contribution to the success of our corporate goals through effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Co-development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy
2. Management and development of the marketing team
3. Managing the budget for all marketing activities
4. Ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels and touchpoints
5. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and media partners
6. Initiating and managing cross-departmental marketing and communication projects

Your profile

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of marketing, economics, communication or a comparable career
• At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing or marketing communication, including several years in a managerial function
• Success in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop teams
