Group Leader (m/f/d) Project Planning & Customer Support in Service

  • You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the assigned employees in the Applications Engineering and Customer Service Administration teams.
  • For sustainable business success, you will define goals for your teams and pursue them consistently and with vigor.
  • You keep an eye on key figures and deadlines and manage your teams\‘ resources accordingly.
  • In large and strategically important projects, you provide support as a sub-project manager and operationally in day-to-day business.
  • You manage and coordinate the preparation of quotations and calculations, as well as capacity planning and utilization in the division.
  • Together with division management and stakeholders, you are responsible for continuous process improvement.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in a technical field or a similar qualification.
  • You have experience in planning, costing, and preparing quotations, ideally in the service sector of a modern mechanical engineering company.
  • You have professional experience in design and/or project planning in mechanical engineering.
  • You have experience in disciplinary management of employees.
  • You possess a high level of service awareness and enjoy direct customer contact.
  • Your working style is characterized by strong communication skills, proactivity, and high technical and commercial competence.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills are required.
