Junior Meeting Planner (m/f/d), BCD Meetings & Events Switzerland

Full‑time position located in Zürich.

As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting meetings – live, hybrid or virtual.

You will be the first point of contact for service providers, partners and operational stakeholders, actively promoting constant exchange and providing colleagues and service providers with all relevant information.

You will help keep the budget and targets of your projects up to date, coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades, and support partners.

During event implementation, you will ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience with pharmaceutical customers is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management, enabling you to manage multiple complex projects and schedules, setting and meeting deadlines.
  • Team orientation, communication and cooperation skills, confident and friendly appearance at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English. Additional language skills are an add‑on.
