As an SAP S/4HANA Consultant (all genders) at BCG Platinion, you will play a central role in supporting clients with complex ERP transformations, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA. With your expertise, you will guide our clients through the entire project lifecycle, from strategy and planning to implementation and go‑live, with a strong perspective on business value. You will work together with colleagues from the Boston Consulting Group on (inter)national customer projects and advise up to C‑level.

Plan, execute and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses of business processes to determine value for our clients
Develop and define ERP target architectures for comprehensive IT landscapes, utilising technological innovations and anticipating future trends
Define and implement the programme organisation and governance to successfully deliver the project and achieve the identified business benefits of the transformation
Manage the procurement of system integration partners and software solutions
Prepare and finalise project deliverables, including reports, workshop materials and business proposals
Evaluate ongoing ERP projects and systems against defined business objectives and quality criteria and develop action plans for improvement
Drive the implementation of recovery and stabilisation measures for ERP projects
This Is How You Can Make a Difference
A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects
Proven track record in managing end‑to‑end ERP transformations leveraging industry standard approaches, e.g. SAP Activate
In‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated enterprise technology (e.g. integration architecture, cloud deployment options, extensibility of the solution)
Familiarity with SAP industry solutions and analytical tools such as SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities
Strong client and result orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
Team spirit and the ability to manage and inspire cross‑functional teams
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
