Responsibilities
- Drive the transformation and modernization of complex BSS landscapes at leading telecommunications companies.
- Analyze processes, capabilities, and systems in Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management.
- Combine customer‑centric process design with necessary system capabilities and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Develop target states and capability roadmaps for modern BSS landscapes and structure the necessary transformation steps.
- Design end‑to‑end customer journeys across the Buy, In‑life, and Leave phases and evaluate their impact on processes, data, and systems.
- Structure BSS workstreams within large‑scale Stack Exchange programs, support implementation of leading platforms, and leverage AI & automation potential.
Qualifications
- Degree in (Business) Information Technology, Economics, or related field with above‑average academic performance.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in transforming BSS landscapes, either in consulting or at a telecommunications company.
- In‑depth practical experience in Product & Offer Management, Order Management, Customer Service, and Billing & Revenue Management.
- Familiarity with TM Forum Frameworx and e TOM, as well as leading BSS platforms such as Amdocs, Netcracker, or Salesforce Industries.
- Experience structuring and implementing BSS workstreams in large‑scale transformation or stack‑exchange programs.
- Understanding of end‑to‑end customer lifecycle processes and charging, rating, and mediation systems.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business process design and technical system implementation and mediate between business, architecture, and delivery teams.
- Ideally, exposure to AI or automation applications in the BSS environment with hands‑on experience working with AI tools.
- Thrives in agile, interdisciplinary teams, flexible, willing to travel, and communicates confidently in German and English.
