Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full Time |On-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Support business applications and IT-related user issues
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
- Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed
Requirements
- Currently residing in or near Hamburg Germany
- Valid German / EU work authorization or work permit
- Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally in an onsite environment
