Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full Time |On-site) "macOS Support Specialist" in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for macOS, including System Settings, user accounts, Terminal, and Recovery Mode.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, system crashes, boot failures, and software updates.
- Diagnose hardware problems and configure peripherals such as monitors, docking stations, and printers.
- Identify and resolve Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Manage and support Apple devices through MDM platforms such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Ensure devices remain secure, updated, and fully operational.
- Deliver reliable technical assistance and maintain a positive end-user experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong hands-on experience with macOS troubleshooting and administration.
- Comfortable using Terminal and working with at least one MDM platform (Jamf, Intune, or Kandji).
- Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting and network connectivity.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
- Apple certifications are an added advantage.
