Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support across office locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support remote IT teams with physical IT tasks
Assist with office IT setup and relocation activities
Maintain support records and ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements
Valid Austria work permit
Experience in IT/Desktop Support
Basic knowledge of Windows and networking
Good communication and troubleshooting skills
