Job Responsibilities:

  1. Update and record activities in relevant IT Ticket Management System, coordinating and agreeing attendance time and date with key stakeholders.
  2. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the team.
  3. Ensure ticket SLAs and KPIs are achieved. Implement policies, procedures, and materials to assure compliance.
  4. Carry all necessary tools, laptops, etc. which might be needed to support issues in the infrastructure environment.
  5. Provide support either through phone, remote tools, or in person onsite.
  6. Perform installation as needed either through physical or network medium.
  7. Support Network and Server teams by assisting with rack and stack and running cables.
  8. Manage task queue, SLA/KPI management, problem escalation/RCA/CAR, and external vendor management.
  9. Work independently and manage the team, as well as collaborate with team members.
  10. Demonstrate customer-facing skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and customers.

Preferred Skillsets:

  1. Project Management
  2. Technical: Data Center, Infrastructure, IP Network, TCP/IP, Fiber Optics Networking, Access Points, routers, switches, WiFi network.
  3. Clean & test fiber & copper cable, LSPM/OTDR/VFL, physical cabling.
  4. Networking, Storage, IoT type hardware, IMAC, PC deployment.
  5. Insert/remove media, replace defective components, configuring remote access.
  6. Management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure. Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.
  7. Reboot routers, servers, storage devices, or other equipment, tape management, and maintenance.

Work Experience:

  1. 5-7 years of Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Data Center Infrastructure experience or equivalent.
  2. 3+ years of experience working closely with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science or equivalent work experience.
  2. MCP/MCSE, CCNP, CCDP, CCNA are desirable certifications.
  3. Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 240,00€ per day
