Description BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Scheduled visit |on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Switzerland .
Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
Deploy and image computers using standard deployment tools.
Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Monitor and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA and response time targets.
Requirements
Valid Swiss permit / work authorization
Local language (French) and English fluency
