BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
- Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
- Handle incident management and escalation processes.
- Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.
Requirements
- Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
- Several years of experience in a similar IT Support role
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
