Job Description
Aligned to the overall company strategy and enabling the operating companies to serve customers in a highly productive, reliable, compliant and competitive way, this role will work together with the Global Sales & Marketing Business Process Owner. This team is responsible for developing a clear implementation and execution for Sales & Marketing initiatives, ensuring key topics as data management, CRM, order management, integrated business planning and quality are incorporated into our processes and systems.
- Defining roles and responsibilities in the Sales & Marketing processes, evaluating and aligning local organizational and functional reporting structures.
- Reporting to Headquarters in Netherlands.
- Evaluating change and mitigating risk.
- Ability to drive transformational change, co-creating with the business leads and key stakeholders across the Group.
- Leading local implementation, standardization, simplification and automatization projects of Sales & Marketing Processes.
- Continuously develop the community of business leads, sharing learnings and best practices.
- Applying insights to develop an end-to-end sales and marketing process strategy and design global processes relating to Sales & Marketing.
- Aligning the blueprint and associated business process documentation with the processes defined.
- Defining scope and determining where technology can be appropriately deployed and developing the technology roadmap with Group IT.
- Defining Group standards and rules to ensure the integrity and quality of the master data objects owned by Sales & Marketing are maintained and upheld.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, preferably in business management or Sales Planning/Sales Excellence.
- Experience of leading and delivering business process improvement projects, specifically to sales and marketing, along with handling complex business scenarios / integrations.
- Experience of being a process consultant (consulting firm) and has had business positions within industry B2B2C (client side).
- Global mindset with strong international operational experience and awareness of international commercial law and contract management as the scope will cover core countries and export markets.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills with internal and external business stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, highly commercial and is customer focused.
- Successful project management experience and can manage and lead multiple projects/tasks.
- Comfortable with working S4, SAP, CRM, CPQ and similar corporate intelligence systems.
- Willingness to travel a lot through Europe.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate
- More than 5 years of experience.
- Level of Education: Bachelor's(Graduate), Master's(Student), Master's(Graduate).
- Languages: English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced).
