Overview
In this role within BearingPoint’s Regulatory Reporting team, you work with Swiss banks to ensure accurate, compliant regulatory submissions (FINMA/SNB) and help shape robust reporting frameworks. You collaborate across Finance, Risk, IT, and internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory support in a dynamic consulting environment. You will navigate evolving supervisory expectations, contributing to impactful client engagements and leveraging cross-functional expertise. This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to influence regulatory reporting practices in the Swiss financial sector.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support banking clients in preparing FINMA/SNB regulatory reports; ensure quality, consistency and compliance of reported data
- Assist clients in responding to new regulatory developments (analysis of requirements, impact assessment, organisational or technical adaptations, IT solution implementation)
- Contribute to advisory assignments involving regulatory finance and reporting processes
- Collaborate with client teams across Finance, Risk, and IT, and with internal consulting teams
- Travel within Switzerland for assignments, workshops, and client meetings
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field
- Experience in regulatory banking reporting (FINMA/SNB) and/or banking accounting
- Strong understanding of Swiss banking sector and regulatory framework
- EBA or local European reporting experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Fire, Mercury or OneSumX is an asset
- Knowledge of Core Banking Transact or Avaloq is an asset
- Meticulous working style, independence, customer focus and analytical skills
- Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
