Your missionWe\’re looking for a proactive Paid Social Manager to run full-scope paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok in key markets. From strategic planning to daily performance and budget control, you\’ll own your channels and push for growth with a hands-on mindset:Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across assigned markets.Coordinate creative needs tailored to each platform and audience in collaboration with the content team.Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust swiftly to improve KPIs.Manage budgets effectively, aligning spend with business goals.Analyze data and performance trends to refine campaign strategies.Continuously identify areas for improvement and opportunities for scaling.
