We are looking for an Expansion & Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead one of our most exciting growth opportunities — the Boutique-in-Gym (B.I.G.) model . This is a rare chance to shape the future of BEAT81 by scaling a bold, asset-light business model that brings our workouts into premium gyms across Europe. If you’re entrepreneurial, strategic, and excited to drive international expansion, this is your moment to make a lasting impact.

You will:

  1. Own and scale the B.I.G. model, starting with our pilot at John Reed
  2. Lead day-to-day operations of the pilot, ensuring a seamless customer and partner experience
  3. Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with top-tier gyms across Europe
  4. Develop scalable business models, pricing strategies, and rollout frameworks
  5. Ensure operational excellence and profitability across partner sites
  6. Drive a premium, hospitality-grade experience across all B.I.G. locations
  7. Perform market analysis and competitor research to shape expansion strategy
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally with City Operations, Coach Operations, and Product teams
  9. Prepare materials and business cases to support future fundraising
  10. Build and lead a high-impact team as the model scales

You have:

  1. Over 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business building, or B2B partnerships
  2. A background in top-tier consulting companies or high-growth startups
  3. Strong deal-making and negotiation skills with a structured approach
  4. A proven ability to drive projects from zero to scale
  5. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
  6. A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  7. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations and product
  8. A deep customer-centric mindset and a high bar for quality
  9. Excellent communication skills in English and German (German is a plus)
  10. Willingness to be based in Berlin and travel across Europe
