Workplace: Beau-Rivage Start date: To be agreed Type of contract: Fixed-term Responsibilities- Select flowers and plants to create floral arrangements and bouquets for the hotel.- Create floral arrangements and bouquets while adapting to the requirements of the season and events.- Manage orders and stocks, taking into account the perishability of plants and specific requests.- Demonstrate management and accounting skills for floral activity.- Establish flower requirements for room activity and events.- Manage expenses and the florist workshop, tools, products, and equipment.
Profile sought- Good knowledge of cut flowers, indoor plants, and their care.- Knowledge of botany or floral art.- Mastery of creating bouquets and floral arrangements, both simple and elaborate.- Mastery of French and English.- Mastery of computer tools.- Rigorous and detail-oriented, with a sense of precision and service.- Physical stamina.- Authentic and open-minded.
