Intern at La Terrasse Restaurant (CCNT recognised internship) (M/F) Workplace : Beau-Rivage Palace Start date : 01-09-2026 Contract type : Internship
Responsibilities
- You participate in the opening and closing of the point of sale in compliance with current procedures. - You ensure the setting and clearing of tables as well as the replenishment of buffets throughout the service. - You oversee the cleaning of the dining room, the office and maintain the cleanliness of your workspace. - You ensure the setup, replenishment and good presentation of the buffet throughout the service. - You handle the run of hot drinks and ensure their service to customers. - You manage the run of eggs and other dishes in coordination with the kitchen to guarantee smooth and quality service. - You participate in the Sunday brunch service. - You provide support to the Lobby Lounge from late morning onwards, according to operational needs.
