Lobby Lounge Supervisor (M/F) Workplace : Beau-Rivage Palace Start date : 01-08-2026 Contract type : Permanent contract
Responsibilities
- You assist the Manager in the daily supervision of the service. - You participate in managing the setup, order follow-up and compliance with quality standards. - You ensure a warm and high-end welcome for all our guests, with particular attention to regulars and VIPs. - You collaborate in the administrative management of the department and team scheduling. - You participate in recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
Profile sought
- You hold a diploma in hospitality and catering (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent). - You have significant prior experience in a high-end hotel. - You speak fluent French and English; a third language is a plus. - You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros). - You are organised, dynamic, with excellent attention to detail and a strong team spirit. - Elegant and professional by nature, you are ready for the Palace experience.
