Sales Team Leader, Germany

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Germany. As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of more than 50 Field Sales professionals in 6 teams across Germany, including direct reports from experienced (senior) team leads.

Your role will involve overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that team efforts align seamlessly with both local and national strategic goals, providing ongoing training and development for the leadership team, and conducting periodic business reviews with the leadership team and the wider sales organization to assess performance and strategy alignment.
