Apple Systems Engineer / Endpoint Management (m/f/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for an Apple Systems Engineer / Endpoint Management (m/f/d) responsible for administering, securing, and developing the mac OS and i Pad OS environment as well as endpoint management solutions.
Your mission Administer and maintain the JAMF Pro platform as well as Apple endpoint management policies.
Deploy, configure, and secure mac OS workstations and i Pad OS devices.
Automate administration, deployment, and maintenance operations using Shell or Bash scripts.
Provide level 2 and 3 technical support and resolve complex incidents related to the Apple environment.
Integrate new technical solutions and contribute to the development of the Workplace and Endpoint Management environment.
Your profile 3 to 5 years of experience in Apple system administration or enterprise endpoint management.
Proficiency in JAMF Pro, mac OS, i Pad OS, and MDM management principles.
Strong UNIX administration skills and automation through Shell, Bash, or equivalent scripting.
Experience in N2/N3 support, diagnosing complex incidents, and integrating technical solutions.
Autonomy, rigour, service orientation, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams.
