We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.Technician & Monitoring (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleOn behalf of our client based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Technician & Monitoring (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the surveillance, control, and continuity of systems within a center.Activity and hours: 100% position, organized in two shifts with a time slot from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with one shift and one shift.Mission- Monitor and control Compute, Storage, Network components and constituting the technical and IT landscape, then validate the proper functioning of processes.- Detect, diagnose, and qualify software and system malfunctions, evaluate their impact and the appropriate severity level.- Create and document incident tickets, transmit them to the relevant support teams, ensure their follow-up, and participate in incident management.- Restore service and infrastructure operation by executing techniques provided in documented procedures.- Update elements in the CMDB, maintain documentation related to planned tasks, accompany interventions in data centers, and keep procedures up to date.Profile- Minimum experience in supervision and monitoring.- Knowledge of infrastructure systems and environments (Compute, Storage, Network) and monitoring, backup control, incident management, ticket tracking, and technical procedures.- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve software and system malfunctions, while respecting priorities and severity levels.- Residence within 30 minutes of Lausanne.Our proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Workplace: latest technologies and modern working environment.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the fields: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
