Senior Project Manager Datacentre (f/m/d)

On behalf of our banking client in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager Datacentre (f/m/d) responsible for coordinating the relocation of infrastructures and applications as part of reducing the global footprint of data centres by the end of 2030.
Your mission
- Unite teams based in Geneva and internationally around common goals to ensure a smooth transition. - Manage the relocation and transformation of applications, services, and assets to Geneva or cloud environments. - Coordinate the migration of databases, servers, virtual desktop environments, and shared storage spaces. - Manage the budget, deadlines, risks, steering committees, and coordination with all stakeholders. - Organise the operational shutdown and closure of remote data centres following transformations and migrations.
Your profile
- Hold a degree from EPFL or an equivalent higher education qualification in a technical or scientific field. - Have senior experience in managing complex projects or infrastructure programmes, ideally gained in an international environment. - Master budget, risk, deadline, deliverable, and steering committee management as well as project management methodologies and tools. - Demonstrate proven leadership, a strong results orientation, and the ability to unite distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. - Know the private banking sector, its applications and regulatory environment, and be fully proficient in French and English, both spoken and written. - Experience with datacentres, cloud transformation, architecture or infrastructure implementation is an asset, especially in computing, storage, virtualisation, networking, and security. - Swiss residence mandatory at the start of employment
