ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) Be your best with bechtle For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Your mission Analyse functional specifications, define appropriate technical solutions, identify associated risks, and document architectural choices.Design, configure, develop, and maintain business applications on ServiceNow App Engine and Customer Service Management, prioritising the platform's standard features.Develop and maintain workflows, client-side and server-side scripts, as well as technical components, notably with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP services, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, XML, and JSON.Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, technical documentation, deployment procedures, support for project teams, and regular monitoring of risks and progress. Your profile Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences, computer science degree, EPF engineering diploma, federal diploma, or equivalent training.Proven experience of at least 3 years in ServiceNow development, specifically on the App Engine and Customer Service Management modules.Excellent command of the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, data model, client-side and server-side scripting mechanisms, as well as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations.ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, and CIS-CSM; micro-certifications in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal are an advantage.Analytical and problem-solving skills, rigor, autonomy, service orientation, ability to work in a team, and ease in communicating with technical and functional stakeholders.
