Support IT Modern Workplace (50%) (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Support IT Modern Workplace (m/f/d) responsible for providing N1/N2 user support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment as part of a long-term 50% assignment.
Your mission
- Provide level 1 and 2 user support for the Microsoft 365 environment, Windows 11 and associated office tools. - Administer user accounts in Entra ID and Active Directory, including onboarding, modification and offboarding processes. - Manage Windows 11 workstations via Intune, as well as Lenovo equipment, IT peripherals and iOS/Android mobile devices. - Support users in the use of Notion and collaborative tools to improve their daily efficiency. - Resolve incidents independently, contribute to continuous support improvement and participate in internal conferences and events if necessary.
Your profile
- Proven experience in an IT support role with a focus on Modern Workplace, with good operational autonomy. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. - Strong skills in Intune administration, Entra ID / Active Directory and Windows 11 workstation management. - Good knowledge of hardware and user support, including Lenovo workstations, peripherals and mobile devices. - Good professional English level (minimum B2), both written and spoken, in an international environment. - Excellent service orientation, initiative, technical curiosity and ease in communication with users.
