IT support employee (m/f/d) 1st level and hotline Field of activity

• Receiving and responding to IT inquiries and fault reports by telephone and ticket system
• Carrying out initial diagnosis and solving standard hardware and software problems
• Supporting users with IT problems and issues, including the provision of instructions and training
• Forwarding complex queries to the relevant specialist departments
• Documentation of requests and solutions in our ticket system
• Participation in the further development of our IT support processes

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable professional experience
• First professional experience in IT support or in a comparable position
• sound knowledge in the areas of Windows operating systems, network technologies and Microsoft Office
• confident, confident appearance paired with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation
• Proactive and independent way of working with a high degree of team spirit
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
