Your tasks

• Perform maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and installations of devices at customers\‘ sites.
• Ensure excellent customer service and troubleshooting.
• Support customers and sales staff with service and application problems on-site and by phone.
• Collaborate closely with your team and sales colleagues.

What we are looking for

• Technical training in medical technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar fields.
• Interest in Life Science/Diagnostics applications.
• Practical experience, especially in field service, is an advantage.
• Good English and German language skills.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays. Driver\’s license required.
